Entry is subject to the Conditions of Entry, which state that no person shall have any right of action whatsoever against Mr. Kids Playhouse and its Owners, Directors, Officers, or Employees with respect to any injury, loss, or damage (of a personal nature or otherwise) occurring at Mr. Kid's Playhouse, however caused. Mr. Kids Playhouse and its Owners, Directors, Officers, and Employees are therefore released from legal liability of any nature whatsoever.

Conditions of Entry

  • Adherence to our playground rules is required at all times.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the venue.
  • Inappropriate behaviour and unwanted physical contact are not tolerated by either children or adults.
  • You understand and accept there is a risk of injury through the use of the playground equipment and will ensure children in your care understand and follow the playground rules.
  • Adults shall monitor and supervise the children accompanying them at all times and be capable of assisting in the event of an incident.
  • You are responsible for and shall safeguard your personal possessions.
  • Children shall not enter the playground if they have a personal injury.
  • All persons are to be free of illness, including flu, fever, diarrhoea, and vomiting symptoms, for at least 48 hours prior to your Mr. kids Playhouse visit.
  • You acknowledge that CCTV is operating at all times.

Refund and Transfer Policy

  • We are unable to offer refunds on tickets for our playhouse.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are valid only on the purchase day.

Birthday Party Packages

  • A deposit is required when making the booking. It is refundable as long as it is 48 hours prior to the party day.
  • However if you cancel the event within 48 hours of your scheduled booking, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This goes for all purchases related to the booking.
  • Packages are non-transferable and valid only on the scheduled day.

Booking Online

You can make the booking via the form on the website or email to mr.kids@thepepe.nz. Then you will receive an email about the booking with the company bank details for deposit. The deposit is refundable as long as cancellation is made 48 hours prior, otherwise it will be non-refundable. After receiving the payment a confirmation email will be sent. The deposit will be directly deducted from the total cost of your package. So when you make the final payment on the day, the deposit will have already been deducted and the rest will be your outstanding balance. The rest of the amount will need to be paid on the party day by cash / Eftpos including all the add-on payments.
